"Pleasantly Surprised by How Smooth It Was"
We ended up being in a small group, which made the whole tour so much easier than I expected. Our guide was really friendly, and we never felt rushed at any point. It was easy to hear everything, and we were able to get around quickly. I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth it all went. Really glad we booked with City Wonders and would definitely use them again.

"Works good"
Headset works good. Sound is fine most of the time. Gets a little crackly here and there. Not a huge deal though.

I’m usually skeptical when tour companies throw around all that polished language about things being “smooth” and “stress-free,” but this one actually was. I booked with City Wonders and the whole thing was straightforward. The meeting point was clear, we weren’t wandering around confused, and our guide kept everyone moving without making it feel like we were being herded. Tickets and timing were already handled, so there wasn’t a bunch of useless waiting around. it just felt properly organized from start to finish. I’d book with them again.

The tour itself was fine, but the transportation part was frustrating. The bus showed up late, the seats were really cramped, and the driver seemed like he was in a hurry the whole time. On top of that, the reminders before the trip felt way too aggressive—constant messages like we were going to forget everything. It just made the whole experience feel more stressful than it needed to be.

"We Missed the Best Parts"
We were really looking forward to the trip and had our day planned around the schedule, but the times ended up being wrong. At first we thought maybe we had just misunderstood, but then we realized we’d already missed a couple of key stops we were excited about. It was frustrating because those stops were the main reason we booked in the first place. The experience could’ve been great, but the timing issues really threw everything off.

"Easy and Well-Timed Tour"
Our City Wonders tour started right on time, which I really appreciated. We showed up a little early and the guide was already there checking people in, so it all felt sorta smooth from the start. There wasn’t any standing around wondering what was happening, and everything kept moving on schedule. It made the day a lot easier, especially since we had dinner plans later. I’d definitely use them again

"Helpful support, just a bit slow"
I had to reach out to support about my booking, and they did get back to me, just not as quickly as I was hoping. The reply was clear and helpful enough once it came through, so I can’t really complain too much. Overall, not a bad experience, it just would’ve been better if they were a little faster.

"Rushed tour and frustrating service"
This tour was disappointing. Our guide wasn’t great, he talked way too fast, seemed irritated whenever anyone asked a question, and kept walking ahead before the whole group had even caught up. A lot of the time, we couldn’t hear what he was saying at all. I booked this hoping to actually learn something and enjoy the place, but it just felt rushed and disorganized. I also tried to get some help afterward and kept getting transferred around, which only made it more frustrating. For me, it wasn’t worth the money, and I wouldn’t book it again...

The whole experience felt rushed. Like, I get that places get busy and everyone has things to do, but it would’ve been nice to not feel like I was being pushed through as quickly as possible. I barely had time to ask questions or really settle in before it felt like they were already trying to move on to the next person. Just not the most relaxed or welcoming experience.

"Quick Start, Slightly Confusing Meet-Up"
We got in quicker than expected, which was nice, but the meeting point was a little confusing at first. The guide also seemed kind of rushed, like they had to be somewhere else or... I don’t know. Overall it was fine, just not super smooth.

"Great tour without the usual crowded-tour feel"
I really enjoyed this tour overall. Our guide was easy to follow, and compared to some other group tours I’ve done, this one felt well-paced and not like we were just being herded through with the crowd. We got to see a lot without feeling totally rushed, which I appreciated. The only downside was that a few parts moved a bit quickly, especially when I wanted to stop for photos or read the signs. Still, it was a good experience, and I’d definitely consider booking with City Wonders again

"Went from stressed to seriously impressed"
I had to cancel at the last minute i was expecting it to be a whole annoying mess. But nope—suddenly I went from stressed out to super relieved because they handled it really fast and the refund came through with no hassle at all. Really appreciated how easy they made it.

Booking was really easy, and our guide spoke English really well. The only downside was that there weren’t enough language options for my parents, so they missed out on some of the details. I just wish there had been more translated information available.

I tried booking a tour and the whole process felt a bit clunky. Some pages were loading really slowly, and after it timed out I had to re-enter my details, which was frustrating. The payment did go through in the end, and I eventually got the confirmation email and receipt, but I didn’t feel all that confident while I was doing it.

"Pretty Let Down"
I was disappointed with this. I didn’t expect anything over the top, just something that worked the way it was supposed to. For the price, I think it’s fair to expect decent quality and a better overall experience. Unfortunately, it didn’t really deliver for me

"Good tour, but the start was a little stressful"
The tour itself was really enjoyable once we got going, but finding the meeting point was more frustrating than it needed to be. We ended up wandering around for about 15 minutes trying to figure out where the guide was, and in that moment it definitely took away from the excitement a bit. Once we finally found them, everything went smoothly and the experience was nice. It just reminded me how much the little details matter when you’re traveling somewhere unfamiliar. Clearer directions on the booking would make a big difference.

"Pretty crowded, but not terrible"
It was fine overall. Just... really crowded. Like, hard to move around at times, and that kind of took away from the experience a bit. Nothing was exactly bad, though. I still had an okay time, just probably would’ve enjoyed it more if it wasn’t so packed
